ABOUT US

Victra is Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States. We thrive on collaboration, innovation, and performance. Our mission is to “Connect technology to life in a trustworthy, fun, and profitable way.” We work closely with Verizon and our brand partners to deliver exceptional product offerings, promotions, and campaigns that drive in-store traffic and revenue.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Intelligent Automation Lead I partners with business teams across Victra to identify operational challenges and redesign processes using AI, automation, and modern digital platforms. This role translates business problems into scalable technical solutions, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, customer experience, and operational scale. By combining process engineering, product thinking, and hands-on prototyping, this role accelerates the organization's ability to deploy intelligent automation enterprise-wide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, map, and redesign business processes for AI and automation, not layer technology onto broken workflows
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, then build working prototypes using available tools (Microsoft, AWS, Google, Anthropic, OpenAI) to validate concepts before full engineering investment; expected to build, not just spec
  • Hand off validated prototypes to engineering with clear documentation, acceptance criteria, and scaling requirements
  • Prioritize initiatives by impact, effort, and business value to maximize outcomes across the portfolio
  • Evaluate how existing platforms (ServiceNow, Power Platform, internal systems) can support automation before introducing new tools
  • Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, customer experience, and operational scale
  • Educate and enable business teams on automation capabilities and emerging AI opportunities
  • Document solutions to support repeatable implementation
  • Maintain an internal automation and AI capabilities inventory: what's built, running, and measured
  • Enforce governance standards (documentation, testing, approval workflows) before any automation goes live
  • All other duties as required and needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3–5 years of experience in business process improvement, automation, or a related product/operations role
  • Hands-on experience building with automation and AI platforms (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, ServiceNow, or similar); comfortable opening a tool and building something, not just writing requirements for someone else to build
  • Familiarity with AI assistants (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) as prototyping and productivity tools
  • Ability to map, analyze, and redesign business processes, not just document them; must move from process to action
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills; able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
  • Product or project management experience is a plus; curiosity is a must

TRAVEL:

  • Up to 15%
