JOB DESCRIPTION

The Director of Strategy plays a key role in supporting Victra’s long-term strategic direction. This position is responsible for evaluating corporate growth and monetization opportunities, supporting capital structure initiatives, partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning, and providing analytical support to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate monetization opportunities including recapitalizations, and other strategic financial alternatives.
• Support the evaluation, monitoring, and execution of capital structure strategies, debt transactions, and ongoing administration of existing and future credit agreements.
• Lead financial and strategic analysis to support executive decision-making and long-term corporate objectives.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, market expansion strategies, and new product initiatives.
• Develop executive-level presentations, financial models, and recommendations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Executive Leadership on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or related strategic roles.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and communicating complex business recommendations.
