Core Responsibilities:
- Creates a fun, high-energy sales culture that drives engagement and healthy competition
- Motivates and coaches sales agents; monitors KPIs and provides timely, actionable feedback
- Maintains a strong sales focus while ensuring day-to-day operational execution (schedule adherence, coverage, and readiness)
- Delivers team sales results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Models and reinforces the highest standards of integrity, quality, and compliance
- Builds a culture of development and continuous improvement through coaching, training, and performance plans
- Recruits, hires, and onboards top talent with strong sales potential
- Stays current on promotions, products, plans, and services to drive confident, compliant selling
- Administers time-off and scheduling policies fairly and consistently to meet service-level needs

What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience in a contact center and/or retail environment
· Proven record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
· Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new systems
· Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads, activities, and sales reporting
· Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset
· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
· At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
· Legally authorized to work in the United States
