As Senior Supplier Onboarding Analyst, you will support the Manager of Lease Administration by working cross functionally with various levels of the organization and externally with current and future Landlords, collecting and examining onboarding documentation for property owners, understanding and administering Statutory 1099 reporting requirements, other various Vendor coordinating responsibilities.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Senior Supplier Onboarding Analyst will be the first point of contact for external notifications of new property ownership, and requests to change Landlord rent payment accounts: Bank changes, address changes, changes in Property Managers.

You will also:

* Develop strong relationships between us, the Tenant, and the Landlords of all the commercial leases in our company’s portfolio.

* Follow up consistently and timely with Landlord’s for crucial vendor documentation needed.

* Extremely knowledgeable of 1099 reporting including: monetary thresholds, entity type requirements, "B" Notices, IRS Verification letters, etc.

* Set up vendors in the accounting system, Oracle and in the Lease Management system, Lucernex.

* Assist in solving problems associated with vendor accounts and vendor related lease documents.

* Create correcting rent payable transactions between Landlords.

* Collaborate closely with the Lease Administration, Real Estate and Legal Teams, to gather vendor details and provide exceptional support to such Teams as needed.

* Ad/Hoc reporting requests and analysis as required, using our Jira system or other report generating tools.

* Develop and maintain process flows and desk top procedures.

* Support and serve as backup to the Manager of Lease Administration in the following activities:

oOnboard Landlords timely and in compliance with company policy and procedure.

oMaintain supplier database and record retention.

oBuild exceptional rapport with both Landlords and Property Managers

oEnsure

oAssist with process and data retention projects.

YOUR BACKGROUND (REQUIREMENTS):


You are highly knowledgeable of the IRS guidelines for 1099 creation and disbursement. You are extremely experienced in the vetting of new suppliers (Landlords) and are familiar with the rents payable process. You are familiar with the Tenant/Landlord relationship with regards to commercial leases. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment while remaining exceptionally organized. You are a dynamic, analytical individual with an ability to work independently and as part of a team. You have a high level of customer and client focus with the ability to manage and analyze complex data. We are looking for the Senior Supplier Onboarding Analyst to also bring the following:


* 5+ years of proven experience in commercial real estate administration, focusing on Landlord payment accounts.

* 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable.

* Extremely Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Outlook

* Strong organizational skills.

* Strong analytical / problem solving skills.

* Strong written and oral communication skills.

* Enterprise class financial system experience required, Oracle and Lucernex experience a plus.

* Intense attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to continually strive for system and process improvements.

* Ability to work independently.
