 Job Description:

Becoming a Sales team member at VICTRA, you will help shape our guest experience. As a team member your mission is to achieve daily and weekly outbound contact targets while maintaining the highest-level personal integrity and providing world-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 


·        Place outbound marketing calls promoting Verizon products and services.

·        Encourage customers to visit one of Victra’s local retail stores and/or set store check-ins.

·        Enthusiastically articulate Verizon promotional and loyalty offerings via Voicemail or live interactions

·        Adhere to quality standards and proper phone etiquette.

·        Occasionally handle inbound calls from customers or internal teams.

·        Continuous skill development through training and personalized product knowledge

·        Swivel between different programs depending on customer demand.

·        Leverage available tools and resources to maximize performance and customer experience.

·        Live by our core values and ethical standards

·        Adhere to Victra’s policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

·        High School Diploma (Undergraduate or some college preferred)

·        Legally authorized to work in the United States

·        At least 18 years old

·        Reliable transportation

·        Experience working with customers via phone calls.

·        Proficient with computers and technology

·        Strong work ethic and integrity

·        Time management skills

·        Positive disposition
