Job Description:
Becoming a Sales Supervisor at Victra means taking ownership of your team’s performance and shaping the customer experience. You will lead a team to successfully engage with customers, advising them about promotions, offers, and account opportunities. You will ensure that your team delivers exceptional customer service while promoting sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Creates a fun and exciting sales atmosphere that helps promote fair competition & engagement
- Strong motivator of sales personnel; continuous monitoring of sales progress
- Concentrates on increasing sales rather than administrative functions
- Achieve team sales goals on a daily and weekly basis.
- Perform all tasks and responsibilities at the highest level of integrity.
- Spearhead a culture that values personal development, learning and continuous improvement
- Participates in hiring individuals with a high probability of selling success
- Keeps up to date on all promo’s, products and services
- Properly administer time off policies in a fair and consistent manner
What We Are Looking For:
- 2-3 years of overall sales leadership experience in contact centers or retail.
- Proven record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- At least 18 years of age
- High School diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
