on the Retail Operations Coordinator to provide continuous support in helping

them to attain positive results surrounding their Operational Key Performance

Indicators (KPI). We

Strategy, coaching, and following up are some

of your strengths.  As an excellent

communicator and independent thinker, you will direct the Field to focus on

desired results within a designated area. 

You will also:

·       Routinely visit

stores within the territory to assess adherence to operational standards and

deliver necessary training when required.

·       Support Workforce

Management program to ensure staffing levels produce maximum results.

·       Keep Leadership

informed about trends relating to store operations. 

·       Work collaboratively

and across business lines to ensure the execution of operational and sales responsibilities.

·       Proactively ensure

that company & partner policies are understood and adhered to by the team

members throughout your designated territory.

·       Partner with local

Leadership & Partners to achieve necessary results.

·       Maintain a balance of

impartiality and fairness while promoting Sales & Operational excellence.

·       Perform other

job-related duties as assigned.

 Salary-Min: $66,560 - Max: $66,650




can develop relationships across all levels and have been successful in

previous roles uncovering trends using your data sleuthing skills to discover

the root cause of potential issues.  You

also have excellent written communication skills and strong presentation

skills.  We look for the Retail

Operations Coordinator to also bring:

·       Bachelor’s Degree or

equivalent experience.

·       Five or more years

within the retail industry.  Multi-unit

wireless experience is preferred.

·       Strong working

knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel

·       Ability to travel to

various locations within an assigned area is also a requirement.





Ability to lift

up to 10 pounds


Ability to sit

for long periods of time
