Job Summary
Victra is seeking a talented and collaborative Product Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines responsibilities from both Product Manager I and II levels, offering a great opportunity for experienced professionals to shape the strategy, execution, and delivery of impactful products. You will serve as a liaison between business and IT teams, help manage agile backlogs and contribute to shaping the customer and employee experience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Gathering
- Collaborate with Victra business units to document requests, understand business value, and prioritize effectively
- Engage with department leaders, executives, and marketers to define product requirements, branding, and positioning
- Educate stakeholders on IT’s agile process, prioritization strategy, and the importance of backlog health
Product Strategy & Planning
- Maintain a holistic view of the product and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer and employee experience
- Describe product vision and strategy in a clear and compelling manner
- Partner with technical leaders to build scalable, innovative solutions aligned with business goals
Agile Delivery & Team Collaboration
- Work with agile teams daily to clarify requirements, prioritize work, and manage dependencies
- Create detailed JIRA stories and epics based on business needs and technical feasibility
- Assist in developing and managing product road maps and coordinating release planning
Leadership & Influence
- Lead planning sessions and portfolio discussions involving multiple cross-functional teams
- Be a thought partner in creating technical capabilities that support a world-class digital and reporting platform
Help shape product culture and continuously drive process improvements within the organization
Experience & Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in IT or Retail industry
- 2-5 years of experience in the retail domain
- 2-3 years of experience leading teams or individuals
- 0-4 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager
- 1-2 years working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with JIRA or similar tools for managing product backlogs
Preferred Tools & Technologies
- JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience with reporting tools and platforms is a plus
