Process Improvement Tech
Job Description

As a Process Improvement Tech, you will work to develop key internal pieces to help us deliver our services to both our internal and external customers.
Your Focus (Responsibilities):
Along with having strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop relationships throughout a very diverse organization, your ability to work autonomously, identifying and solving problems is a required skillset. We will look to your strong understanding of multi-tiered architecture, web-based applications, and object-oriented design and development.
You will also:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve our continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination through software automation
- Conduct process audits/assessments and data analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions/improvements/next steps.
- Document thoroughly assigned projects for both internal and customer use
- Focus primarily on implementation and anything following the process afterwards
- Be a source for process improvement technical support
- Serve as a general subject matter expert for other development staff and business community members.
- Identify, prioritize, and coordinate projects and programs for all improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement process improvement plans, including process mapping, process redesign, and process optimization.
- Drive results with the ability to balance all functions within your role.

Education/ Experience Requirements
We need the Process Improvement Tech to work creatively, analytically, and independently. We also need for you to have the following:
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship is required.
- 3-5 Years of experience doing back-end Development.

Salary Range
- $70,000-$75,000 yearly
