As the leader of the operations team everyday your mission will be to drive the center toward operational excellence. The operational supervisor role will create new and innovative programs meant to enhance the employee and gust experiences by leveraging feedback from our frontline employees and supervisors.

Here are your Core Responsibilities:

* Create and maintain all employee recognition programs.

* Contact Center supply management.

* Plan and help facilitate employee meetings.

* Center communications

* Manage training completion rates.

* Point of contact for all center technology implementations

* Call Center Reporting

* Manage a small team of operational coordinators.

* Point of contact for all facility related matters

* Manage staff meetings and action items.

* New Hire Coordination

* Knowledge management systems

You will need to have:

* 3-5 years operational experience working in call centers or large employee organizations.

* Demonstrates a systematic approach in carrying out assignments.

* Ability to propose plans of action which are timely, realistic, and positive.

* Shows finesse in situations of stress.

* Effectively manage workflow; divides work into manageable activities.

* Communicates clearly, concisely, and with confidence.

* Makes full use of computer productivity software.

* Successfully develops creative strategies.

* Gives careful attention to cost implications of decisions.

* Strongly motivated to achieve higher expectations.

* Legally authorized to work in the United States

* Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

* At least 18 years or older
