Joining the Victra Contact Center operations team you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for multiple aspects of contact center operations including but not limited to communications, reporting, quality, employee event planning, as well as a host of other responsibilities. As part of the team, you will specialize in one or more of the many exciting areas of responsibility listed above.

Here are the Core Responsibilities:     

 

·             Support and manage special projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

·             Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new tools, processes, and systems.

·             Coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring alignment with the Contact Center's strategic goals.

·             Maintain and update operational records, documentation, and expenses.

·             Assist in forecasting, resource planning, and performance analysis to optimize productivity.

·             Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis.

·             Act as a liaison between departments, including IT & HR to address operational needs.

·             Communicate updates, policies, and procedural changes effectively across teams.

·             Support team leads and supervisors in coordinating training and performance initiatives.

·             Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

·             Coordinate and execute special event planning.

·             Act of Point of Contact for Facility related concerns.

·             Conduct periodic audits to ensure operational consistency and excellence.

What we are looking for...

You will need to have:

 

Required Qualifications:

·        12+ months of previous operations experience in contact centers

·        Highly proficient with computers and MS office applications

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers and math

·        Demonstrates an ability to solve problems, think, reason, and learn.

·        Attention to detail with an ability to multi-task.

·        Self-driven, able to perform tasks with limited direction.

·        Develops positive working relationships with peers and stakeholders.

·        Legally authorized to work in the United States and must at least 18 years old.

·        High School Diploma (Undergraduate or some college preferred)
