As an Elevate Intern at VICTRA, you will be an integral part of our team with deliverables and managed success, all while creating and managing a company project from concept to delivery with the potential to add your vision to the values of our company.



YOUR FOCUS (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):


You should be incredibly organized and communicative, passionate about helping and supporting others. Through involvement in high-level equipment projects, your role will be critical to ensuring the safety of our employees and customers. Along with living our company values of Performance, Collaboration, Celebration, Integrity, and Innovation, you will also:


* Help with investigating and documenting incidents of theft or fraud, including writing and reviewing investigative reports, video observation and gathering video and document evidence to asset field Asset Protection Managers and law enforcement.

* Review, remove, update, reformat, and otherwise organize SharePoint data, files, and documents across all Asset Protection sites.

* Format and organize policies, procedures, and training guides within Microsoft Word, SharePoint, process documentation programs and other systems.

* Assist field asset protection team with migrating files and data to OneDrive and SharePoint

* Work with Investigations Manager

* Assist with light administrative duties such as meeting transcript reviews, scanning, and document formatting.

* Assist in other Asset Protection responsibilities as directed.


YOUR BACKGROUND (REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS):


You are willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to help the team win. You are proactive with a history of problem solving and finding solutions. The Asset Protection Technician Intern to also bring:


* Technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

* Familiar with Windows & Microsoft 365

* Ability to follow technical processes, as well as documentation

* Develop strategies with a customer service mindset


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


* Ability to lift up to 10 pounds

* Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time

(unless accommodations are required/requested for an employee under the ADA)
