About the Role

Accurately predict contact center workload and staffing needs to ensure service levels are met while optimizing resource allocation.


We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Director to lead our inbound and outbound sales operations across both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) channels in the wireless communications industry. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring seamless customer experience across all channels. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the cell phone or telecommunications industry, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead, coach, and develop inbound and outbound sales teams serving both business and consumer customers.

·      Drive revenue targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.

·      Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to optimize conversion rates, retention, and customer satisfaction.

·      Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to align campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

·      Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand market share.

·      Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

·      Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and customer focus.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

·      7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a director-level role.

·      Proven track record of managing both B2B and B2C sales teams in the telecommunications or wireless industry.

·      Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales strategies, CRM systems, and pipeline management.

·      Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

·      Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and adapt strategies quickly in a competitive market.
