The Business Sales Support Specialist is responsible for engaging with existing business customers to uncover additional sales opportunities. This role involves direct customer interaction, processing sales, maintaining databases, and providing essential support in your partnership with Business Managers in the field. This position plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and supporting account management activities.

Here are the Core Responsibilities:

Engaging with Clients:

* Interact with existing clients to explore new sales opportunities.

* Act on identified campaigns for more sales, whether through making calls or sending emails.

Order Processing:

* Ensure sales orders are processed accurately and promptly for client satisfaction.

* Forward quality leads to onsite business managers.

* Collaborate with business managers to implement specific sales tactics.

* Keep abreast of new product releases and updates to inform customers appropriately.

Managing Client Records:

* Keep the client order records and prospect databases current.

* Verify data precision and currency to support efficient sales activities.

Required Qualifications:

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

* Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques

* High School graduate (college preferred)

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Proficient with computers

* Strong work ethic and integrity

* Time management skills

* Telecommunications/Wireless Business Product Acumen (Preferred)

* Legally authorized to work in the United States

* At least 18 years old

* Reliable transportation

* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
