Here are your Core Responsibilities:                                  

  • Creates a fun and exciting sales atmosphere that helps promote fair competition & engagement
  • Strong motivator of sales personnel; continuous monitoring of sales progress
  • Concentrates on increasing sales rather than administrative functions
  • Achieve team sales goals on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Perform all tasks and responsibilities at the highest level of integrity.
  • Spearhead a culture that values personal development, learning and continuous improvement
  • Participates in hiring individuals with a high probability of selling success
  • Keeps up to date on all promo’s, products and services
  • Properly administer time off policies in a fair and consistent manner

Basic Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of overall sales leadership experience in contact centers or retail.
  • Proven record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
