Here are your Core Responsibilities:
- Generate consistent business sales growth for Victra
- Implement strategies for retaining talented sales personnel
- Builds and maintains a sales organization that responds to customers’ needs
- Makes effective use of sales meetings to motivate and train
- Continuous monitoring of sales performance and course correcting as needed
- Strong motivator of sales personnel; builds strong sales leaders
- Adopt and test new sales techniques to maximize close rates
- Concentrates on increasing sales rather than administrative functions
- Keeps upper management informed of sales situations
- Perform all tasks and responsibilities at the highest level of integrity.
- Creates a fun and exciting sales atmosphere that helps promote fair competition & engagement
- Spearhead a culture that values personal development, learning and continuous improvement
- Oversees the hiring of individuals with a high probability of selling success
- Keeps up to date on all promo’s, products and services
- Properly administer time off policies in a fair and consistent manner

Basic Requirements:
- 5+ years of overall sales leadership experience in contact centers or retail.
- 2-3 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. Verizon experience preferred
- Proven record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- At least 18 years of age
- High School diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
