Job Expectations/ Core Competencies:
- Generate consistent store growth for Victra & Total Wireless
- Talent Management:
- Researching and identifying new market opportunities, potential Exclusive Retailers, and industries to target.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality partners.
- Relationship Building:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key Exclusive Retailers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Networking through industry events, conferences, and meetings to create new business relationships and utilize social media and other digital platforms to connect with prospective owners and partners.
- Results Focused:
- Collaborating closely with the Director to develop strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with Exclusive Retailers to close deals and increase revenue.
- Onboarding Process Management:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have all necessary resources and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate training integration for new partners.
- Strategic Thinking:
- Developing and implementing business development strategies and action plans.
- Aligning the business development strategy with the company’s long-term goals.
- Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:
- Generating leads and following up on potential business opportunities.
- Managing the growth pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring opportunities are moving forward.
- Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Working with marketing, sales, and product teams to create solutions that meet client needs.
- Providing input on product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Leading negotiations with Exclusive Retailers to finalize terms and close contracts.
- Ensuring the deal is beneficial for both the client and the business.
- Reporting and Performance Metrics:
- Monitoring progress and setting performance goals for business development activities.
- Reporting on results, forecasts, and progress to senior management.
These responsibilities require strong communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the market and industry trends.

Basic Requirements:
- 5+ years of overall business development experience.
- 2-3 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry.
· At least 18 years of age
- High School diploma: associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Legally authorized to work in the United States
· Up to 75% of travel required.
