Job Description 

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our legal team and play a key role in managing complex litigation and employment law matters. This position requires strong legal knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting attorneys and business partners. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage all litigation, complaints, claims, and disputes from initiation to resolution. 
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and ensure compliance with deadlines. 
• Oversee litigation docket and coordinate responses to subpoenas and discovery requests. 
• Collect, review, and organize documents for discovery and case preparation. 
• Maintain case management systems and monitor legal invoices. 
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including severance agreements, subpoenas, discovery responses, and litigation of of hold notices. 
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders. 
• Develop and implement standard processes to improve efficiency and compliance. 
• Provide advanced support to attorneys, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and deadline tracking. 
• Draft correspondence and legal memoranda related to litigation matters. 
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the legal department. 

What We Are Looking For: 

• 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in employment law. 
• Strong understanding of legal procedures, terminology, and case management. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software. 
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
